At every level of our education program, leadership development is a guiding principle. We envision our students not only excelling academically, but also growing into influential leaders who will help shape Haiti’s future. To achieve this, we integrate leadership into every facet of learning—from classroom achievements to community engagement and beyond.

To remain in our program, students must maintain strong grades, engage in community service, mentor younger peers, and actively solve challenges within their neighborhoods. This approach has taken students who were once underperforming and transformed them into top achievers and social leaders in their classes. Because they are so well connected to the real needs of their communities, they have a solid foundation of knowledge to draw from when stepping into leadership roles.

Our commitment to cultivating well-rounded leaders also extends into innovation and technology. This year, our students participated in the FIRST Robotics competition in Athens, where they submitted a project for the New Technology Challenge. Their dedication and creativity earned them recognition as one of the Top 10 teams in the world, underscoring how academic rigor, community engagement, and a strong leadership framework can drive excellence at the highest levels.
By cultivating leaders who are academically accomplished, socially aware, and ready to serve, we empower a new generation to reshape Haiti’s future—one service project, one mentoring session, and one innovative idea at a time.
